What training level do I have to be in order to do SHRED?

I get this question ALL the time!

The SHRED is designed for EVERYONE because it splits the median between the highest and lowest levels of training so that both beginners and advanced individuals get a productive workout! Plus every workout can be scaled at your discretion.

How do I sign up?

How many winners are there?

There will be 4 winners chosen. 2 men and 2 women (overall & runner up in each category). Our SHRED team panel will make the selections based on which individuals appear to have the best transformations (most significant changes in overall body composition).

Will I need any equipment to perform the workouts?

The majority of the variations in the SHRED Online Program are performed with your own body weight although some of the exercises will require dumbbells or other forms of resistance you may want to use (ie. resistance bands) You can scale these workouts yourself so the amount of resistance you use is at your discretion.
